With China cement industry¨s transition to intensive production in early 1980s, SINOMA-NCDRI undertook the historical responsibility, devoted to independence innovation, development, improvement and popularization of the new dry process cement production.
Early in 1985, we accomplished the engineering design of 2000t/d NSP cement production line of Fujian Shunchang Cement Plant, which was the first introduced-technology-equipment cement production line in our country. Up to now, the number of different scale NSP cement production lines designed and technically serviced by SINOMA-NCDRI has reached over 500. Moreover, we actively developed oversea market, and at present, there are seven cement production lines of Saudi Arabia and Vietnam in our corporation¨s worksheet, among which there are two 10000t/d production lines. With abundant design experience and skilled staff as well as modern design idea and research predominance, we will offer more excellent design services for the development of cement industry of China and in the world.
Equipment development
SINOMA-NCDRI is devoted to develop modern equipment all along and has developed a large number of exclusive equipment and its related series products of crusher, preblending, grinding, burning, conveying, dedusting, separator and electrical. We have more than ten patent technologies and several high technical products of precalciner system, coal burner, reusing heat out of clinker cooler, environmental protection of dedusting, saving-energy grinding and deal with city waste by cement industry, and many of the technical equipments are the first innovation in China such as preheating precalciner system, effective reciprocating grate cooler, rotary kiln, multicenter coal burner, mill, separator, roller press, clinker conveyor, stocker and reclaimer, crusher and roller mill, etc, which promote China cement industry¨s development and accelerate the structural adjustment of China cement industry. Its business area refers technical consultation,biding and tendering and engineering supervision.
