Brief Introduction
Sinoma International Nanjing Cement Design and Research Institute, established in 1953, is the earliest strong and reputed Grade A state design and research institute in the Chinese cement industry, has supplied engineering design, equipment and general contracting service of more than 500 cement production lines for clients at home and broad.
We offer the Chinese and foreign clients with market investigation, financial planning, mine site selection, raw material test, research and evaluation, feasible study, engineering design, tendering and biding consulting, equipment procurement, engineering supervision, personal training, operation commissioning, plant management, assets evaluation and other technical services and general project contracting services(EPC).
Evaluated as one of the ^top hundred state engineering survey and design institutes ̄, NCDRI passed ISO9001 Quality System Certification in 1997.
History
1970s
Through
designing all kinds of cement projects, SINOMA-NCDRI
accumulated substantial experience of engineering design:
Accomplished engineering design of 600t/d wet process cement
plants as Zhejiang Changxing Cement Plant which has four wet
process production lines; Accomplished engineering design of
large-scale dry-process Lepol kiln plants in rainy damp South
area as Fujian Yongan Cement Plant; Developed whole set
equipment for 600t/d wet process production line and 800t/d dry
process Lepol kiln production line.
1980s
SINOMA NCDRI
accomplished engineering design of several medium-sized and
large-scale NSP cement plants with imported whole set
equipments, and participated in the work of introducing many
special technology and equipments into China, which improved
SINOMA NCDRI¨s NSP production technology: With imported
whole set NSP cement equipment, SINOMA NCDRI accomplished
engineering design of many 2000t/d and 4000t/d production lines
as Fujian Shunchang Cement Plant, Jiangsu Huihai Cement Plant
and Guangzhou Zhujiang Cement Plant; Participated in introducing
several special technology and equipments into China and through
study and development, gradually formed proprietary technology
and equipment.
1990s
Established
own force to study and develop NSP technology and equipment,
gradually formed proprietary NSP technology and developed
property homemade whole set NSP equipment: By importing some
main equipments and developing some, SINOMA NCDRI accomplished
design and construction of several 2000t/d and 4000t/d
production lines as Hainan Changjiang Cement Plant; developed
whole set NSP equipment of 1000t/d, 1500t/d and 2000t/d and
finished design of several projects¨ design as Zhejiang Jianfu
Cement Plant, Railway Ministry Cement Plant and Heilongjiang
Haolianghe Cement Plant; reconstructed 3000t/d production line
of Jiangsu Huaihai Cement Plant and many 800t/d SP kiln to NSP
kiln as Fujian Yongan Cement Plant and Shandong Cement Plant;
developed auto control software for cement plant!!terminal
control system and quality control system; exported whole set
property NSP equipment to Pakistan and built Lucky Cement Plant.
Iate 1990s to now
SINOMA NCDRI has
great progress in development and study work, and formed own
design idea and built whole set individuation computer software.
in the wake of China society¨s developing need, SINOMA NCDRI
held many research work and gained obvious effect: Developed the
production technology and equipment of using low-quality coal as
fuel in cement production, and technology and equipment of
utilizing industry waste residue to produce cement; and
technology and equipment of cogeneration by low-temperature
waste heat; and technology and equipment of utilizing city waste
as cement production raw material or fuel; and technology and
equipment of firing system of 5000t/d and above scale, supplied
China NSP cement industry and exported to other country;
developed large-scale firing system, grinding system, crushing
equipment and material pretreatment equipment and developed new
grinding equipment!!roller press, vertical mill and tube mill; and developed plant
management software and computer simulation running software.
